Mark your calendars! Save the date for one of Canada’s most anticipated art auctions of the year.
With health and safety in mind, we are delighted to partner with Heffel Fine Art Auction House to bring you our first ever online art auction. Bidding opens on June 1 at 1 PM PST and closes on June 15 at 1 PM PST.
We strongly believe that, through art, we create paths to share perspectives, build and engage communities and shape our collective future together. This mission is the underlying force guiding all our activities, from the development of exhibition, digital, public and educational programs to the acquisition of artworks and the conservation of our collection.
Through the tremendous generosity of local, national and international artists, private collectors and commercial galleries, 32 outstanding artworks have been donated to this major philanthropic event. Comprising a range of paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, sculptures and media works, this auction offers you the opportunity to concretely support the Vancouver Art Gallery in achieving its mission—with the added advantage of gaining a stellar artwork for your collection!
